August 2nd: Move-in for graduate and non-traditional undergraduate students begins at 8:00 am (or any weekday following the 2nd)

August 12th & 13th: New Student (Freshmen & Transfers) Move-In at 8:00 am; move-in date will be assigned via emial in July

August 17th: Returning Student Move-in

August 19th: Fall 2024 Classes Begin

September 2nd: Labor Day – University Closed

October 14th-20th: Fall Break

October 31st: Notice to Vacate Forms Due for Graduate & Non-Traditional Undergraduates

November 28th-December 1st: Thanksgiving Break

December 7th: Courses End

December 9th: Last Day to Move Out (by noon)

Welcome to Housing at Regent University!

Living on campus is a positive, safe and engaging experience at Regent. Students enjoy community-building activities with their hallmates, facilitated by Resident Assistants (RAs), participate in bi-weekly Connect Group meetings, and learn how to live as part of a greater community. Regent offers two on-campus housing options to fit your needs: Regent Commons and Regent Village.

Housing Assignment Information

Academic Year housing assignments are sent out via email to non-traditional undergraduate (25+ years old) and graduate students in early June. We encourage all non-traditional undergraduate and graduate students to finalize roommate groups by May 31. Any roommate groups formed/confirmed after May 31st may not be considered during the rooming process.
